A guide for the wounded heart

Who are you, the wounded of the world? What has caused your wounded hearts?

There are those who wound you. The ones who wound you are those whose choices in life are for their own purpose.

There is one fabric in life and you are a part of it. There are those who would harm and there are those who would heal. Harm comes from separation. We are the ones who would weave every human into one fabric, whole and undisturbed.

Are you aware that you are all one?

When you are not one then you are wounded.

When your choice is to harm another person then you harm yourself. When you aid another person then you aid all of humanity.

The parts of you which are at war with other parts of yourself are just as guilty as individuals who war against each other.

Conflict is how we use our power to inflict pain.

The Guides

Learn to consult your guide on a daily basis. What are we that some of you wish to ignore? We are what you are in a higher plain of existence.

That is why we come to you. In every good act we are with you. Why are we with you? Because within our spirits is the best of yourself. Your best is not earthly but comes from a better place, a place wherein there is no conflict. A part of you lives there as a part of us.

So we ask you to let us help you resolve your inner conflicts. We want to heal your wounded heart

The pain that you feel in your heart is the pain that we would take away if you would listen to us.

Learning to love and care for every part of every being including yourself is what we want for you.

You have learned that there is a force called love. We want you to go beyond love. For these times love is simply not enough. Human love as you know it is insufficient.

Learn to listen to your most inner voice.

You are the creators of your world because it is in your words and in your actions that you live your lives.

So remember to be kind to yourself. Remember to give the ungivable. You can give God to one another by extreme acts of extreme goodness.

Actions without thought for self create a better self.

The self matures from acts of goodness. When you act on behalf of someone else who is far from you, whom you don’t know, whom you will never know, the gift you give is really for yourself.

To those of you who feel wounded, who are hurting, help someone else and you will heal yourself.

Reach out more than it seems possible.

With this we leave you. We hope that you will observe this, for your own sake. Our advice to you is to accept the principle that you are whole when you are giving, for giving is what binds you all together.

Love a higher form of love and you will have healing within your wounded heart .
