Ways of channeling your guides

1- You will find that there are different ways for you to meet with your guide; sometimes you will meet your guide by writing. It will be as if you were writing your thoughts, but the thoughts are different from your own thoughts. Some have called this process automatic writing. In this case you are writing the thoughts that pass through your inner hearing to the pages. Finding the right methods for you might be trial and error. You will see what works best.

2- Some people like to speak as they dictate the words. Some people are completely taken over by their guide and have no other choice but to fall into a trance and to speak what they hear. In this case it is obvious to use a recording device of some kind. It is best if someone is present in order to help the channeler in and out of trance. Some people do not require this kind of help.

3- For some people channeling comes in the form of a dream. In this case it is only possible to write down what you can remember. It is best to take your time. Remember the details as much as is possible. Understanding will come later, if it comes at all. Over time you will get used to this method of communication and will interpret the dreams as if they were natural communications.

4- Some people like to walk as they are channeling. The process is one of discovery as one is not always aware of channeling but simple of having a revelation. This can also happen during times of creativity. You will see an image or hear a sound. This is an active form of meeting your guides and does not necessarily involve a spiritual connection that you are aware of.

5- Sometimes channeling is on a grander scale. It happens when groups of people meet together and experience what one might call a hallucination. All see the same event and they will describe it in exactly the same way. This often happens in spiritual reverie and involves a figure of great spiritual significance.

6- You will meet your guide in many different ways. All of the ways of channeling are beyond the scope of this passage. You should know that you are able to communicate at any time in any way. Sometimes you see visions, or an apparition will come to you. Sometimes you will feel inspired by a great thought and off you will go to another country not knowing why. You will derive great pleasure by these inspirations for they will take you on adventures that you had not thought that you would ever take.
