Hello.

I'm interested in following a path in spirituality and metaphysics. My question is...where do I start?

I have a full library with books on meditation, contacting your guide, past life regression, opening your chakras.....But I'm not sure where to begin. What point would you suggest I start? And is there like a checklist for me to use?

I know, that's silly !!!

Hi Terry, I was reading your question and thought if you dont mind that i might give you my advice i do hope it is helpful to some degree. I would suggest that you start with small meditations, I beleive that from that you will find that you will know where to start and it is always with yourself first. It is a slow but rewarding journey, as you will most probably find out things about yourself that you didnt even know about. May your spiritual awakening be full of joy and bring you much peace and contentment. from sue
