Hello Joey and Hethball,

I have a strange situation. You know the old saying, "when one thing goes wrong everything does?" Okay, well perhaps that's not the exact saying, but you get the idea. It seems like for about 20 years my life has been a downpour of bad luck. I don't mean just the usual oddball happenings; I mean whenever I try to improve my life something happens that almost looks like a wonderful improvement, but always winds up worse in the end....

Example: I went to college to improve myself...I had a job or 2 in the field and then couldn't find anything. Then, when I was going to go back to school to improve on my education, I was laid off from my job...In looking for another job my car broke down...being that happened I had to take the 1st job available to me ( a convenience store) to try to get back on my feet and wound up staying there for 11 years because I couldn't get enough money to go back to school and I defaulted, not by choice, on a school loan because I was so much in debt and no school will lend me money or offer grants to increase my education. Now I have no idea what the field is all about....There are so many more examples like this one that seem to take steps to make matters worse. And it ALWAYS happens !! Ever time I try to improve or better myself, even though it seems to be getting better, it always follows the same downhill path...always something there to break the Karma!!!

Is this my path in this lifetime? Am I meant to be always on a negative path? I have asked for divine help and I know I have to help myself 1st, BUT I'M TRYING SOOOO HARD !!!

I don't know my spirit guide, but I have done some research. I have asked for their help. I just seem to go down the same path, always coming out on the downfall. Right now, my life is so off kilter because everything I try to improve just gets worse, I'm on the edge of giving up. I'm currently broke, living with my parents at 43 years of age, I have no special relationship, in total debt, probably for the rest of my life..I dunno...

I have a library of books from Spirit Guides to discovering your past lives. I've hardly touched them. Read once and put away. I don't know what to do!!! Where do I start? Will they even help in this situation?

Oh, and since everyone else asked. Can you tell me what my spirit guides name might be...since I try to talk to them a lot.
