In the past you were a healer. You can find your guides through meditation and focusing. As for the name of a guide we suggest you go into yourself and ask your guide for her name. We do not choose animals but some do. It is a way of identifying characteristics to identify with. The mission is to grow, for you and for all. The question is how you will grow and that is what you want to know. You can do this best if you give yourself over to healing as it was a gift you had in another life. Begin by sitting in a comfortable position. Relax and then let your mind roam free. Fixate at a point about an inch or so above you and hold your mind there. Take in and then let out a deep breath and imagine that in that breath is heart. Now let that heart rise to that point above you. Imagine this heart opening like a flower and spreading its scent to another person. Let the scent overcome them. Later check with that person and ask them if they felt anything.
