Learn to meditate is a beginner’s instruction in meditation. Find a comfortable place to relax and take a few easy breaths. It is a good practice to sit so that you will remain awake and alert in your mind. It is a good practice to find a point to look at or to use a candle. You may also have your eyes closed. There is a kind of meditation in which you will count your breaths from one to ten. If you pass ten counts then you will simply go back to one and continue as before. You may continue this process for a period of about 15 minutes. Don't concern yourself with your thoughts. Whatever they are you will just let them be. After repeating meditation over time you will enter into deeper states of mind. This is very natural. If you practice daily then you will grow in your abilities. You will see things more clearly.
