The Higher SelfWhat you are within your body and mind is connected to a higher self or higher spirit. This being is closest to you because he or she lives in both your world and his or her own world. He or she also lives in another part of reality. The universe that this being inhabits is slightly distant from our own. It’s as if your universe were split into two. It is like a mirror but not a reflection; more of a projection. You see it is hard to find words to explain it. For your own purposes this being is able to help you with your daily affairs. He or she lives close to you and since you are aware of each other’s thoughts he or she acts as a martial. When you are thinking you can ask for the higher thought and it will come to you.
