High pitch shriek

Hello my name is Shelia, I had an experience today that I think might be my guide trying to contact me. I have been under a lot of stress and not feeling well, so I contribute this form of communication to that. Today I was taking my mom home it was in the evening, and on the way to her house (I am driving) we were listing to music, but it was low. Well out of nowhere there was this real insanely high pitch shriek that sounded like a lady or child in my ear. It was so loud that my eardrum hurt from the massive vibration. At this time there was no one in the back seat, it was just me and my mom. I was so scared and stunned at the same time. At first I sat and contemplated a demonic attack, but since I have been under stress like I had said I think that it was more like my guide trying to console me or tell me something or even possibly distract me in some way from doing something that would have caused me to get in an accident. Well I am not sure what to think, but I do hope that I am starting to be able to channel with my guide, maybe then I can feel some peace of mind knowing that there is someone or something out there keeping an eye on me.
