Sometimes we try to contact our guides by means given to us by others; but we are disappointed when these methods are not viable. Channeling and astral traveling are very personal and are not suitable for mass instruction. They must be learned from someone; even as you delve deeper into the self then your own self becomes the teacher. Your dreams are very powerful tools for spiritual travel.
