The 6th Chakra Meditation. Lie down in a comfortable position. Allow your body to relax. Sense yourself sinking deeply into the mattress or chair. Let yourself fall into a state of unconsciousness. When you are partly unconscious listen to or read this meditation. Now focus within and ask yourself - Who am I? Who answers? Who and what your are exists on many plains of existence. It is possible for you to hear all of them at once or to hear none of them at all. When you focus on the center point of your head many different doors will open up to you. It might be possible for you to answer questions without having asked any. It may be that you will focus here and you will see things appear before you in your mind. Images may appear. Some may be faces or some may be places. When you are opening the sixth chakra you are opening a door. This door contains other places and other times. It will be up to you to be a filter for these images, sounds and what seem like memories. You will learn this discipline by using meditation techniques. Now we will take you to the meditation section of this website. Learn to focus on an object or a flame for long periods of time. Over time you will find that your are more psychic than you were before. You will also have more insight into your own self and into others around you.
