The 3rd Chakra Meditation

The 3rd chakra.

What do you see when you look at the sun? When you are looking at the sun you are looking at power. The sun is pure power. What if inside you, you had the same power. What if you could feel it? What if you could experience it?

Take a moment to focus on your solar plexus the area above your stomach.

Imagine the sun coming down from the sky and sinking into your solar plexus.

Release its power into your bloodstream to motivate you and to increase the power that you have in your life.

Remember that the sun never sleeps. It is always day time in your power center. Your sun is always at its peak of giving off life giving heat and power.

When the guides see you they never see you as a sleeping person. The guides see your power.

You are powerful. When you feel powerless it is because of a loss of your knowledge of how you work.

The stars always see each other. They never have day and night. So it is with you. Though you have the illusion of sleep, a time of rest, a time of dreams, that which powers you never goes away, never sleeps.

In your night you are powered by the same source that powers you during the day.

So be aware of this: when you sleep you are powerful and all day you are powerful.

These are the forces that create life. From your connection to the earth from the 1st chakra to the forces that create life from the 2nd chakra to the power that illuminates all in the 3rd chakra. All of these together make the earth blossom and grow. These forces make you what you are and prepare you for the next levels.

We want you to take this into your day.

No matter what seems to want to harm or hinder you, you have the power to overcome it.
