The 2nd Chakra Meditation

This is your 2nd chakra meditation.

Lie down in a comfortable place. Breathe deeply and let go. Now prepare yourself.

When you are feeling energy in your sexual center then you are feeling the force of creation.

Imagine a world that had no creation; a planet that does not have leaves and grass and trees. Let yourself imagine that you are the creator of all of these trees and forests and creatures.

Imagine that the arousal of creation is the arousal of sexual energy in all of the plants and creatures of this world.

Opening the second chakra gives freedom to this energy. Let yourself sense the arousal of the planet earth. Every time some creature or plant recreates itself it does so by releasing sexual energy.

Imagine the most beautiful tree that you can. The leaves of the tree are blowing in the wind. You can hear the sound of the wind in the leaves of that tree.

You hear the sound of insects. What sound do they make? They are loving sounds to their own species.

You see Adam and Eve not far from that tree. Who are they to you?They are the first of your species to express creation of your own kind.

Thank them for their contribution. Your thanks help them open the paths that you may need to open in your 2nd chakra. When you thank them you heal your chakra.

Remember your beautiful world. Remember that creation is sexual in nature. Remember the beauty of that tree.

You are grateful for all of this creation.

Now you appreciate your own part in the creation because you see that you have a force of creation which resides in your sexual nature.

You are at peace now. Enjoy your peace.
